This week’s soundtrack
This week’s pick is coming soon.
High Healthy Living · It’s a Vibe
HiGHealtH started as clothing with a message. Now we’re bringing that message to life. A place to build each other up, learn from each other, and keep each other moving forward.
What we’re here for
None of us have it all figured out, but we all have something we can share. Maybe you know your way around a gym. Maybe you’ve learned how to manage your money, or found a book that helped you through a hard time. HiGHealtH is a place to pass that along, learn from each other, and keep each other moving forward.
Workouts, steps, eating habits, and the routines that actually stick.
Mental well-being, books worth reading, and getting comfortable being uncomfortable.
Compassion, gratitude, faith, and the quiet work of becoming a better person.
Money habits, financial learning, and building something that lasts.
Be willing to grow. Give somebody else room to do the same. Less judgment. More encouragement. That’s the HiGHealtH vibe.
The challenge
October 1–31, 2026
These are the official rules. Challenge updates and answers to common questions will be pinned here. No updates posted yet.
Mix it however you want. Push-ups, squats, sit-ups, lunges. All that matters is you hit 100 total.
10,000 steps. Walk it, run it, split it up across the day.
Don’t quit. Add the missed reps and steps to another day and keep going.
In motion
A few moments from the gym and the driveway. Tap play to watch. There’s no sound.

Wearing HiGHealtH means you stepped outside your comfort zone. The Foundation set is where the clothing started: four colorways, one standard.

The Mission
HiGHealtH is about positive vibes and building people up. I want people to feel encouraged, understood, and comfortable being themselves, with room to grow.
Too often, we’re quick to judge somebody for what they’re doing or what they haven’t done yet. We don’t always know what they’re going through or how much it took for them to get where they are. A little encouragement can go a long way. I’d rather us help each other move forward than give each other another reason to feel held back.
That’s the heart of HiGHealtH. Coming together, sharing what’s helped us, and learning from each other. Maybe it’s a workout, a book, a podcast, a healthier habit, or something you learned about money. Something that made a difference in your life could be exactly what somebody else needs.
When you see somebody wearing HiGHealtH, I want you to see more than clothing. The “high” is about a higher level of thinking, a higher level of understanding, and a higher level of living. Being willing to step outside your comfort zone, work on yourself, and grow beyond other people’s judgment.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’re all still learning. Show up with compassion, love, and an open mind. Be willing to get uncomfortable, and encourage the next person while you’re working on yourself.
Elevate your body, mind, spirit, and life, and help somebody along the way.
Remember, it’s a vibe. All positivity. Bless.

Our roots
Before the script you see today, HiGHealtH had its original character. The look has grown up, but the idea it carried hasn’t changed: stay positive, keep your discipline, show people compassion, and keep growing.

This policy explains what information HiGHealtH L.L.C. (“HiGHealtH,” “we,” “us”) handles when you visit this website or join our free private community. It covers only those two things. Our apparel pages and any orders are handled separately.
We do not sell your personal information.
The community is private. What you post is visible to approved members of the community and to us, not to the general public. A visitor who is not signed in sees only the community’s name and description. We will not feature a recommendation or your name on this website unless we have reviewed it and, for your name, you have told us we can use it. Because other members can see your posts, please do not share anything you want to keep private.
We use service providers to run the website, community and email, including HighLevel (website hosting, community, contact records and email delivery) and Google Fonts. We will remove you from the community and delete your posts and comments. If HiGHealtH has no other relationship with you, we will also delete your contact record. If you are also a customer, for example through an apparel reservation or order, we keep the records needed for that order and for our business, tax and legal obligations, and remove only your community information. Replies other members wrote, copies others made of what you shared, and backups held by our service providers may remain. Those backups are outside our control, so we cannot promise they will be purged. You can leave the community at any time.
You can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. You can stop community emails by using the unsubscribe or notification options where they are offered, or by leaving the community.
We use the security features of the platforms above and limit who can access member information to the people who run the community. No online service is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
